Bolt Group joins Mastercard Global Money Platform
Oct 2026

Sydney, Australia – October 2026 – Bolt Group is joining Mastercard Global Money Platform, bringing fiat and stablecoin payments together in one service for every Bolt Group customer.
Mastercard and BVNK launched the platform on 15 October 2026, the first major integration of their capabilities since Mastercard acquired BVNK in August 2026. Bolt Group is among the first companies to integrate it, alongside Nuvei, Marqeta, Ontop and Almond FinTech.
What changes for Bolt Group customers
All Bolt Group customers will receive a unified service covering:
- Multi-currency wallet and exchange
- Card issuance
- International transfers
- Stablecoin payments
Clients can reach every function through one API or one portal, rather than integrating a separate provider for each step. For a business paid in several currencies and paying suppliers overseas, that means managing balances, conversions and payouts in one place. The service is available to Bolt customers now.
About Mastercard Global Money Platform
The platform combines Mastercard's global payments network with BVNK's stablecoin infrastructure. At its centre is a global money account, where fiat currencies and stablecoins sit side by side and convert between each other.
Through Mastercard Move, which reaches more than 17 billion endpoints, stablecoin balances can be paid out in local currency straight to a recipient's bank account. That coverage is expected to grow to more than 40 currencies across 200-plus countries and territories in 2027. Mastercard plans future support for agentic commerce and other regulated forms of money, including tokenized deposits.
